Nodal Ninja R20 Static 2.5/7.5° Tilt Head with Rotator Mini RM4 V2

Nodal Ninja Google R20 Overview

Create spherical panoramas with the R20 Static 2.5/7.5° Tilt Head with Rotator Mini RM4 V2 from Nodal Ninja. The Arca-type-compatible tilt head has a small nadir footprint and accepts fisheye lenses ranging from 4.5 to 17mm. It can support a lens and compatible camera combination weighing up to 3.3 lb. Lenses mount to the clamp via lens ring clamps, which are available separately, and not by the camera body. By mounting through the lens, it frees up the camera and lets you set up quickly. The tilt range of the head is +/-3.75° and +/-7.5°, and you can rotate the head a full 360° with 90° intervals, which is four click stops. The built-in bubble level at the bottom of the head ensures your horizons are always straight.

This is exactly what I needed to create stunning panoramas. Very high quality and I would suggest this for anyone that needs to rotate a camera for any reason.

    good for panos, BUT....

This pano head worked good on my samyang 12mm fisheye lens (on a sony full frame a7r4), but the nadir footprint is ridiculously too big. The nadir footprint becomes 15% of your entire pano.. This area is just too large for me personally. Sure you can put your nadir logo in it's place, but the logo becomes way too big as well, thus no matter what I tried the pano looked like garbage. This is a non-adjustable head so I have no way of taking a nadir shot... The reason I purchased this was because the Nodal Ninja website said that the R20 has a small nadir footprint... not true from my own experience.
