Grace Design SB-DT-HD Overview
The Grace Design Decca Tree / SB-DT Modular Spacebar Kit allows you to mount three microphones in the classic Decca Tree configuration�developed by Decca Records engineers in the 1950s. This kit provides a simple, precise, and easy-to-setup solution for this technique. It includes three E420 tubes (3.3'), a heavy-duty SB-SMA 5/8"-27 standmount adapter, and three SB-AMH adjustable mic holders.
These are configured to provide a 6.6' spacing between left and right microphones and a center microphone 3.3' forward. Since the standmount adapter can move front to back on the 1-meter tube, it should be located at the balance point for maximum stability.
