Designed to perfectly fit an ETHOS voice-over microphone, this Earthworks Broadcast Foam Windscreen and Windscreen Adapter (Matte Black Connector) protects your mic from moisture and dirt while reducing noise from breaths and wind. It includes a foam windscreen that's identical to the stock ETHOS foam, plus the fine mesh internal pop filter which the foam slides over. The result is clean, professional quality for your voice in recordings for podcasts, narration, livestreaming, and more.
Alternatively, this combo can be used in place of the stock stainless windscreen on an Icon or Icon Pro microphone to optimize plosive control when speaking extremely close to the mic. Doing so will change the sonic performance of the Icon and Icon Pro mics, since they are tuned with their standard windscreens.
